What is Pathways?

Quick Overview

Pathways is Toastmasters' flexible online education program that replaced the traditional manual-based system. It's designed to help you build real-world communication and leadership skills through personalized learning paths.

Key Features

  • Base Camp Platform: Online hub with project materials, progress tracking, and resources
  • 300+ Competencies: Build transferable skills for work and life

How It Works

  1. Choose Your Path: Select from 11 specialized tracks based on your goals
  2. Complete Projects: Work through 5 levels of speech and leadership projects
  3. Practice at Club: Present speeches and take on roles at club meetings
  4. Track Progress: Monitor advancement through Base Camp online platform
