You can work on multiple paths, but we recommend focusing on one at a time for the best learning experience.

  • Take the Assessment: Base Camp offers an online quiz with personalized recommendations
  • Think About Your Role: New members often start with Leadership Development or Presentation Mastery
  • Talk to Members: Ask experienced club members about their path experiences

Don't worry about choosing the "perfect" path - you can always switch paths later as your interests and goals evolve.

Path Completion

  • Time Frame: Most members complete their path in 18-24 months
  • Project Count: Each path contains 14-16 projects across 5 levels
  • Flexibility: Complete projects at your own pace while staying active in club meetings
